Today is my special day but when I look out the window, it was raining since morning. I had to do something and look at the kitchen cabinet. Next week will be the last week I stay in this flat before finally going back to my home country for good. I had to used up whatever in my cabinet or otherwise end up in the bin.
Then I saw 'Kurma', brown sugar, peanuts and cocoa so I thought I could bake Puding Kurma with Butterscotch sauce (second and third photo) and also my husband's favourite dessert Chocolate Brownies (first and second photo).
